Variance

Requested zoning variance:

Building of garage doors at 40 feet in from curb instead of 48 feet.

This variance is required because the Office of Buildings uses a non-standard and unpublished "interpretation" of the word facade that does not match the wording of the Zoning ordinance or any dictionary definition of the word.
